Cancellation Policy

HOLOcollect Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before the items are shipped by contacting our customer support team at support@holocollect.com.

Cancellation Window

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order to attempt cancellation.

  • Please note that rush-order items or items prepared for shipment within 24 hours may not be eligible for cancellation.

Cancellation Fee

  • All order cancellation requests are subject to a non-refundable 10% cancellation fee.

  • This applies to both in-stock items and pre-order items.

  • If HOLOcollect cancels your order for any reason not initiated by you, the 10% fee will not be applied.

Misuse of Ordering

  • Orders placed using third-party software, automated bots, or by bypassing per-customer purchase limits (such as through multiple accounts) will be cancelled immediately and will incur the 10% cancellation fee.

Orders Already Shipped

  • If your order has already been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Return Policy for further information.
