Pre-Order Policy

HOLOcollect Pre-Order Policy

At HOLOcollect, we aim to provide a clear and reliable pre-order experience. Please review the following policies before placing any pre-order with us:

Shipping Timeline

  • All pre-order products will ship on or before the official release date, unless otherwise noted.

  • If your order includes both in-stock items and pre-order items, or multiple pre-orders with different release dates, your entire order will ship once all items are available.

Cancellations

  • Pre-orders may be cancelled before we submit final orders to our distributors.

  • A 10% cancellation fee may apply (see our Cancellation Policy for details).

Allocation & Availability

  • Product allocations from distributors are not confirmed until after final order dates.

  • We do our best to avoid overselling, but in rare cases distributors may short allocations; especially on specialty items such as limited edition sets or special collections.

  • If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order due to allocation shortages, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Fraud Protection

  • Orders flagged as high risk (for example, mismatched billing and shipping addresses, missing CVV, or suspicious IP activity) may be cancelled to protect our customers and business.

  • If you believe your order was flagged incorrectly, please contact us directly to verify and attempt another purchase.

Per-Customer Limits

  • Certain products may have purchase limits per customer.

  • Orders that exceed the limit will be cancelled unless previously arranged with us.

  • Attempts to bypass limits (such as using multiple names, addresses, or accounts) will result in all related orders being cancelled and may restrict future purchases.

Payment Policy

  • All pre-order products must be paid in full at the time of purchase to secure your reservation.
