At HOLOcollect, all sales are final. Due to the collectible nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges—this helps protect the integrity and authenticity of the cards we sell.

If there is an issue with your order (such as receiving the wrong item or something arriving damaged), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. While we can't guarantee a resolution in all cases, we’ll do our best to review the situation and offer a fair response.
